Our most recent peer review report which was for the year ended June 30, 2009 resulted in an opinion that our system of quality control for our accounting and auditing practice had been suitably designed and complied with to provide our company with reasonable assurance of performing and reporting in conformity with applicable professional standards in all materail respects. The report provided us with a pass rating which is the highest rating provided on the scale. We have made the report available for your review.
